The EXP™ In-Line Holder is rated to 20,000 psi with hand-tight replaceable cartridges. This unique design connects in-line to any UHPLC system or injection valve with 1/16” stainless tubing and included EXP™ fittings. The EXP™ Cartridge System enables chemists to quickly remove detergents or salts which can affect the ionization process in MS work. This trapping technique can concentrate the sample directly on-line, allowing for increased recovery of precious sample material compared to off-line techniques. On-line trapping readily lends itself to automation for high-throughput analysis in UHPLC/MS applications. Free-Turn™ architecture allows the user to change cartridges by hand without breaking fluid connections on the holder inlet/outlet. This product features hardened stainless steel end caps eliminating galling, Optimize's famous Free-Turn architecture and comes packaged with Fittings. Use with EXP™ Trap and Guard Cartridges.

Swagelok fittings are easy to install and come in a wide variety of configurations. They form gas-tight seals that are resistant to vibration fatigue and capable of withstanding high-pressures, vibrations, and temperature changes. The patented advanced-geometry back ferrule design provides a leak-tight tube connection on all Swagelok stainless steel tube fittings of identical sizes. When installed, the front ferrule creates a seal against the fitting body and on the outside diameter of the tubing.
